Return / Exchange Policy

CozyRoo will accept returns & exchanges for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact. All returns will be subject to CozyRoo’s inspection of returned goods to ensure items are unused and in resalable condition. If CozyRoo deems returned item has been used or washed, CozyRoo will “buy back” the customer’s order for 70% of the original purchase price. All sales are final for clearance and used product purchases.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to CozyRoo unless it was sent in error.

Purchasing insurance is recommended when shipping an item back because CozyRoo cannot be held responsible for lost items. Please do not put tape, labels, etc. directly onto the manufacturer’s packaging.

If an item is defective, CozyRoo will assist the customer in getting help from the manufacturer. It will be at their discretion if the defect falls within their own warranty.
