How much do you charge for shipping?
Unlike other retailers, CozyRoo never charges for shipping and delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We provide SAME DAY FULFILLMENT if ordered before 3pm eastern time M-F. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be sent out the following business day. Although we can't guarantee actual delivery times, it usually takes 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. All baby carriers and diaper bags are sent via USPS Priority Mail (approx. 1-3 business days). Lighter accessory items ordered by themselves (teething necklaces, infant inserts), are sent via USPS First-Class Mail (approx. 3-5 business days).
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all 50 states, as well as APO / FPO and US Territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What happens after I place my order?
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review this email to ensure accuracy of items, name, and shipping address, and contact us immediately if you need to make any adjustments. All items listed in our store are in stock and shipped directly from our facility, so we'll work to get your order packed up and ready as fast as possible.
Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number so you can stalk it all the way to your door. 😉
Finally, you will receive a third email notification when your order has actually been handed over to USPS for shipping. From there, you can check in with your USPS tracking link for updates.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is not a guarantee. USPS does not guarantee delivery time, and neither can we. There are many reasons items may not be delivered exactly within the estimated time frame, including destination, drop-off times, and other external factors.
Return / Exchange Policy
CozyRoo will accept returns & exchanges for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact. All returns will be subject to CozyRoo's inspection of returned goods to ensure items are unused and in resalable condition. If CozyRoo deems returned item has been used or washed, CozyRoo will "buy back" the customer's order for 70% of the original purchase price. All sales are final for clearance and used product purchases.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to CozyRoo unless it was sent in error.
Purchasing insurance is recommended when shipping an item back because CozyRoo cannot be held responsible for lost items. Please do not put tape, labels, etc. directly onto the manufacturer’s packaging.
If an item is defective, CozyRoo will assist the customer in getting help from the manufacturer. It will be at their discretion if the defect falls within their own warranty.
